All of the orders are reviewed, proofed and quoted by a person, not a computer.  This allows us the flexibility to properly quote your shipping on a case by case basis based on the method you chose, your zip code, the time of year and whether your products are perishable and will require ice cells and insulation, etc.  With so many variables we just have not found automatic shopping cart software that works for our unique product line.

Before you place your order please make note of the item number you are interested in and other pertinent info such as font selection, foil color, flavor, etc.

Within 24-48 hours after placing your order you will receive your proof and price quote to your e-mail address.  Please be sure you enter your e-mail address accurately on the order form.  If you have an AOL address and you have not received your proof within 48 hours, please contact us.  We often times have difficulty getting attachments through to AOL addresses.

We do not collect any payment information--ie credit card numbers, until you approve your proof and accept your price quote.  You simply choose your preferred payment method at the time of your order and we send you the proper instructions for proof approval and payment.  Payment by check or money order may be mailed in, payment by credit card can be e-mailed in or phoned in or you can choose to pay on-line via PayPal.

All orders are generally shipped out within 1 week of proof approval and receipt of payment.  Then allow additional time for transit.  Transit time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
