I just wanted to let you know that my order just arrived. I am absolutely thrilled with everything! I really like the grapevine graphic on all of the items. My Son and future Daughter-in-law are stopping on their way home from work so they can see everything and are so excited. You offer so many adorable items to enhance their special day, but the addition of the grapevine graphic to make it go with their wine theme is truly the icing on the cake so to speak. A huge hit! Honestly, when the bridal couple asked if I could find personalized Andes candy, I never thought I'd not only find someone who offered exactly what we were looking for, but special items to help us cover so many bases when it comes to this wedding. Also wanted to let you know that your shipping of all the chocolate made it in this heat wave we are having with not one melted candy in the package. You did a great job of guarding against the heat! Sorry I did not get back to you sooner, but we received the balance of the order on Friday. A few days after we discussed our little shipping issue, I believe I discovered the root cause of the problem. Throughout my yard I was finding Hershey Kiss wrappers with the 'Happily Ever After' sticker. Apparently what happened was squirrels tore open the box and ripped into the bags to steal and bury the Kisses. (I guess everyone loves them!) This explains the dirt that was found in some of the bags. I want to thank you for your quick and professional response in addressing our 'alleged' shipping quality problem......
